Imagine this - you bought new underwear and wore it on the way to your office because you are afraid u might be late for this very important business meeting with your boss and clients.
Just as soon as the meeting starts u start feeling terribly uncomfortable down there. Im talking about excruciating pain here. U dint feel it was this bad before because u werent sitting down. What would you do?

Really sorry but I am unable to imagine underwear being able to cause excruciating pain - just wondering what kind it is that does that? But if I was uncomfortable I would just take it off.

(I think the underwear would have to be dropped on someones head on a staircase, though I can see myself being fired!)

I'd excuse myself to the toilet, take them off, throw them in the bin and go commando for the rest of the day! Not hard really is it?!
