Highly unlikley though under the right circumstances it could be possible with some vehicles. Most cars 'power-down' the SRS when the vehicle is off, thus making an accidental deployment impossible. Years ago, when airbag tech was still new, I handled a claim on a Ford Taurus that was parked for hours at a local mall parking lot. Another vehicle struck the front bumper and the airbag deployed. After some discussion with Ford I learned that that particular system stayed 'armed' at all times.

Yes. One of my friends parked his car on the side of the road, and some guy drove into it head on, by the time the two cars collided, the moving car had slowd to about 30mph, it was going pretty fast so it hit with quite a lot of force.. Both cars airbags deployed.

Yes, as long as you have power to the sensors that trigger an air bag there is a good chance of them going off. I have heard of them going off when rescue people are helping a person in a car that was involved in a accident, they trigger one off with the jaws of life. Most newer car have more than 2 bags.

if somebody runs into it, yes , but it usually takes a hit big enough to to trigger 2 sensors, they can go off just working on the car in a shop, body shops disable them

Yes you can smack it in the center of the front bumper with a baseball bat and make them pop.
Kids around here do it to cars that are over burden with add-ons.
