That makes no sense. Shouldn't god have desired his release without having to be asked? Wouldn't you think some of Alan's friends prayed for him not to be captured in the first place?

Yeah, amazing even more surprising is that Bush commuted Scooter Libby's jail sentence. Who ever would have expected that. The Lord sure does work in mysterious ways eh.

Terrorists release hostages as a publicity stunt. People were praying for our soldiers who were captured and killed too.

How in the world would that be evidence for answered prayer?

so because the justice system works the way it does, it means your prayers were answered? How do you validate this? Would the same thing not have happened without prayer? Why are you sure?
