What do you think of the quote?

""Islam has given me all the answers to y questions, I am at home witht he universe. I am at peace and content. I have my guiding light to follow- Allah. I seek no more than to continue to be guided by Allah and to surrender wholly to His will. This has the effect of ushering one above pomp, idols and intermediates. You only do what pleases allah and that frees you from wordly demands."

Muslim women are very proud of being Muslims. No one is forced to be a Muslim & I have explained that many times before. Hijab is a choice of a Muslim woman, that's a fact that ALL must know. In Islam, women get so many previlages that men do not get, why people think that she is mistreated?

You are a Muslim woman, were you forced to convert to Islam? Were you forced to wear hijab? You can surely answer your own question and show the world how Muslim women feel about the religion.

I completely relate to this statement. I have never been as happy as I am since I found Islam and said my Shahada. Converting has given me peace and enlightenment, and an amazing way to reach my Creator. I have no regrets about my decision. For me, Islam is the best way, and the only way. I know I have been blessed in so many ways and becoming Muslim is the greatest blessing of all.

True..but sometimes, culture can get in the way, and women may misunderstand it to be a part of religion, and can end up hating it instead..one such example is the honor killings, which obviously is not allowed in islam, but prevails in a lot of asian countries..

She seems to really love her religion.
That sounds wonderful to me.

Frankly, I think that any person, man or woman, should follow a religion that they feel most close to. If that happens to be Islam, thats great, and I'm really happy for them.

I still see that most peoples in west confuse the Culture and religion.
circumcizing of girls is a tribal tradition and it is not a religious order. punishment of women by their spouse and much more relates to underdeveloped status of these countries.
do not forget that christians were how in middle ages.
when you hate somthing you can't see the reality.

Islam is the choice of every thinking respectful women. It protects women from so many things. UV rays so less chance of skin cancer. harmful chemicals of smoke so her skin stays healthy.....

but BEST of all, it protects a woman from the lustful stares of the men on the street. Atleast, a man should be ashamed of himself if he rapes a waman who has hidden herself away from him.
