When you sleep more than 8 hours, you are oversleeping and your body and mind remains tired for longer than usual. Try setting an alarm to get up earlier, or just go to bed later during the holidays. Also exercise can help you feel more energetic. Good luck :)

You might want to take a vitamin supplement, possibly with additional iron and you might want to take a hard look at your diet.
But chances are you just like sleeping better than you like being awake. Regular hours to go to bed and to rise are important.
A good alarm clock or clock radio can help. Also, setting a routine is a good thing. You might want to check with a doctor to see if this indicates a health issue, but a lot of young people have your problem.
You want to wake up. In this you differ from many young people.

Your body is needing this sleep. You dont state your age or sex. Sometimes during adolescence, changing hormones will cause the body to require this sleep time to replenish itself. It is probably normal. If it goes on like this for more than 7-8 days, you should probably talk to your doctor. he will probably have some blood tests done.

You need to be determined that you have to go to sleep and wake up at a specified time. Even though it is hard at the beginning as your body has already got used to the old sleeping schedule, as time goes, your body will adapt to the new one...
All you need is TIME and STRONG DETERMINATION

It is a choice you make. The choice to get up and do something with your day versus laying in bed. If you want to get up, simply plan an event to take place the next morning which will require you to be up. Make plans with friends.

Put a mouse trap on top of the snooze button on your alarm clock. And when you go to shut it off the trap will catch you fingers and you'll be awake for sure. Try it and don't hurt the fingers.
