Alright, this may sound dumb, but my favorite kind of hamburger is unknown to me... I've had it a few times in my life but I'm unable to find the kind of burger it is... It's sweet and it breaks apart in your mouth... Any ideas?

Maybe a cherry burger?? It's bits of cherries ground up in the hamburger. Very yummy! We can get them here in Michigan.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Worcestershire sauce
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
leaves
5 pounds ground beef
1 onion, diced
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the grill for high heat.
2. In a saucepan, mix the Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, seasoned salt, celery seed, Italian seasoning, and basil. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and cook 1 minute.
3. In a large bowl, mix the sauce, ground beef, and onion. Form into burgers.
4. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place burgers on the grill, and cook 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Season with salt and pepper.

Betty Crocker rocks! Check out her website and look around! Unfortunetly, I would need a little more info than just SWEET cause most hamburgers are sweet! Was it a big mac??

Yes I am aware of that it is monkey meat as that is real sweet but it doesn't look like hamburger, so the other sweet meat that looks like hamburger is horse meat....

Sounds like you had a burger made from the ground up rump roast - it is great and always real tender and juicy and breaks up so great. and sweet as well.

you must be having cham-cham from Bengal.. it looks like a burger (or sandwich) only smaller.. and it is sweet and breaks apart in the mouth...

dude... you just reminded me of White Castle burgers... now I HAVE TO GET SOME... check them out... you can buy them at the grocery store in the frozen foods area...
