i have to do to get the medical treatmeant that i need in the u.s.a

They're not going to ask if your U.S. or not at a hospital. Go to the nearest ER (Emergency Room) and tell them what's wrong. I've had one attitude in life, "don't give out any information that's not asked" in affect, keep your mouth shut, tell them what's wrong and nothing else.
Also tell them you have no money if asked, they will get a hospital attendant to help you out.

Go to the emergency room of any hospital. By law, they must treat you. Or try finding a free clinic or one that charges depending on how much you make. Good luck.

i live in El pa so, TX. which is a borderland city, and the capital of illegal immigrants. here there are many free programs for medical services. you can check out thomason hospital here in El pa so.

If you have a green card you could apply for medi-cal... which is offered at most hospitals, just ask them when you go there.
