Can i get my son's school leaving certificate attested ....?

Can i get my son's school leaving certificate attested from education ministry if he is studying in an non-acredited school. I want to continue his studies in Dubai.

Have the school records of your son be attested in the proper forum to prove that these are genuine so that it will be acceptable in Dubai.
