God is outside of time. He sees past, present and future so does not need to remember a past event. God does not arrange all events. He gave us free will to choose for ourselves. Though all acts and events aren't just, God allows them to occur. If he did not allow them to occur, then he would be denying us our free will, but one must see that even out of the greast injustice there is an opportunity for the greatest good.

Perfect memory. Can you imagine remembering EVERYTHING. As for arranging events. We have free will and arrange our own events.

God is not limited by our concepts of space and time. He is present everywhere He desires to be at all times He desires to be present. Also, He knows all things, even that which we think is hidden in our hearts. With all knowledge, and an eternal frame of reference, He can easily guide creation with His will and word.
