As per Hindu tradition the Gods right hand is shown open upward indicating Abhaya or assuring protection.
The left hand is shown open pointing downwards indicating Varada , granting of all boons. This hand also indicate a directive to the devotee to surrender at his feet so that he will protect him.
God is known as Savyasachi indicating of capable tom,use all his hands and legs alike without any difference.
God is described, Sahasra sirsha, Sahasra aksha, Sahasra pada etc. Even though Sahasra means 1000, here while attributing to God it is infinite. Therefore God is having countless hands, legs, eyes, heads etc.
When the cosmic body of Lord Krishna was shown to Arjuna, he was unable to see and comprehend and gets terrified.
Gods cosmic body will be totally different from that of a human body. No comparison at all.

There is no difference between left or right.God can work from left hand works of right hand & vice versa.he can take food from His eyes,ears etc. also.He can do anything from any part of His body,that` s His uniqueness.
