Is the pain in your left thigh in the front or back of the thigh?? If the pain is in the back of the thigh, it could be Sciatica. It is a very common condition. Here is the medical definition: Pain that radiates (spreads) along the sciatic nerve. The pain sometimes extends from the buttocks down the leg, even to the foot.Usually, it's the thigh and buttock area that is affected. In severe cases, the pain may be accompanied by numbness and tingling. It can be caused by pressure on the nerve from several things and simply from sitting in an awkward position. Since you were doing sports, it is possible that you irritated the nerve. Are you physically active?? What type of sports do you usually do?? Any history of back problems IE: Disk protrusion/herniation?? Any infection that you are currently having?? Are you a Diabetic?? More than likely, it's from muscle strain. You can try taking Tylenol ES ( Acetaminophen extra strengh) or Motrin/Advil ( Ibuprofen). Bed rest will help. It usually will go away in a few days.I know that this is quite painful. I hope that this helps and Good Luck.

The rule of thumb for drink is no (or very low) sugar, take your weight divide by 2 and drink that many ounces - it is Needed

The soreness could just be a magnesium and potassium deficiency - both bananas and molasses contain them.

Knots in muscles can apply pressure that caused numbness, pain and instability (like ones knee buckling)
I would see if a massage therapist can help first. (it will be noticeable and originally painful but improves)
I also use a chiropractor.

the soreness may have come from not stretching properly for 30-60 seconds or due to a span from the last time you did vigirous sports. simple stretching of the inner and outer thigh/hip may help or if it hurts only when walking, a warm towel around the area or even better purchase "epson salt," inexpensive. Soak a mid size towel in a bucket of water w/ epson salt squeeze the excess water and lay it on area of pain. Hope this helps

Just try relaxing in a hot bath. Use a heating pad when you are just sitting around. It sounds like it's mostly just muscle pain. If it starts to swell, stop putting heat on it and put ice on it. If the pain doesn't go away in a few days you might want to consider having a doctor look at it. I think the hot bath and heating pad should work though.

oftentimes I supply a good sized spiel approximately food ordinary, era training, and strategies-set attitude...yet i'm truly tired of those questions. attempt to stay and eat healthy, what precisely are you going to omit out on in the journey that your butt does not look a definite way? you will no longer get the terrific looking guy? you will no longer get compliment variety your friends? don't be shallow. delight on your physique, delight in being healthy, and enjoy your self as someone. whether you attempt and win this conflict, I promise you will lose interior the long-term. yet to adress your question: you may advance your physique, advance muscular tissues, shrink fat...yet you will constantly have a reasonably flat butt, the way many women and men human beings will in no way get a 6 %..
