would you pay more taxes or a special fund so that the government has enough funds to arrest, process, have a trial, and finally deport. Take in mind you will need more prisons\holding cells, more vehicles, more officers, more offices, more equiptment, etc...... If not how do you plan on deporting 12-20million ppl. Do you really want to close all possible work and have them run deeper into the shadows and possible force them into a life of crime so they can survive?? Are you willing to pay for all the legal battles?? What would you do with the Children that are US citizens. Please give actual educated answers not just go home, deport them all, illegal is illegal, blah, blah, blah. We need solutions not bumper stickers.

There is a difference between an undocumented alien and a drug dealer. Crossing the border without permission is a MISDEMEANOR, which doesn't give you the Crimminal Label. If you are proud to be an American you should atleast learn the laws.

By the way only 40% of illegals as you call them are said to be Latino, of those 40% it is said that 75% are Mexican. So why should we deport all illegals to Mexico. It doesn't makes sense to send a Polish, Chinese, African immigrant to Mexico does it???

No one is refusing to assimilate or learn english. Its hard to learn english if you are a slave at work. Hell my father is a citizen and would work 12-16hrs a day. They would sometimes have him fill in other positions so he would work 2-3 shifts. Don't even ask me about during Hiliday seasons. Just like the Europeans , it takes a couple of generations to fully assimilate. The only problem you have is with the race of the immigrants. And all those gangs you guys talk about, lets remmember the vast majority of those gang members were born here with AMERICAN values. You can go to Mexico and all you see is tagging crews but never gang members. Yes there are drug dealers killing each other but thats because of the demand that exist in the US for drugs. If Americans would stop consuming drugs so much we can help out so many countries in Latin America. MS13 is a Salvadorian gang and has nothing to do with Mexico so don't pin them on us.

I doubt a lot of americans actually sat and think about how much will cost to deport illegals.I doubt they think how better will be for the economy to give them work permits and collect taxes.I don't even mention that is humane thing to do since most americans can't even try to imagine that this are people just trying to make a better life for themselves.

Your funny for every 1 deported the savings on our social services would cover that with a surplus.Deport 1 at a time like they came in. Build prisons in the desert,Crime that's what prisons are for. As for the anchor baby's there USA citizens so when there 18 they can come there to live an be a citizen. Not all work places will close the jobs will be replaced by legals & citizens at a higher wage like what was there before they forced wage down.Legal battles 1 at a time. The cost of fraud & supporting the criminal illegal aliens is far more than deporting them.We the people have spoken ,No amnesty the wheels of justice are in motion it will take time we have time an endurance, close the borders & enforce our laws. Remember the more this is an issue and the protests and demand rights that are not yours. Will only make the USA citizens more persistent we will not back down.Keep calling your Sentors it's working.

Actual educated answers? How about actual educated questions?
Illegals in the US is not a new phenomena. Only now, that they are so many South and central Americans (Mexicans) here, they're starting to act like a gang where the strength is in their numbers.
A true illegal immigrant strives to become legal and law abiding citizen of his host country, not live off of others' hard earned freedom.
It is too late to play nice and try to separate the good, the bad and the ugly, so your fearless leader closed the LEGAL borders and left you wondering.
Meanwhile they're trying to figure out how to make money on this mess, with no intention to do any ACTUAL solving.
BTW: you already paid 10 times over for all the resources needed, but your government squandered it away a long time ago.

They do not eliminate close to as many well jobs from Americans, as foreigners do of their possess international locations while the ones jobs are outsourced accordingly of exchange deregulation. Kevin B, I did decide on strawberries as a pupil even with out the correct pay. The obstacle is gotta hold costs down and while your product is best valued at $zero.seventy five a quart to Walmart due to the fact that they may not pay you to any extent further than that, you can not particularly pay an American $10 an hour which interprets to greater than $zero.25 a quart. I have an understanding of what you're announcing approximately it's the pay that concerns, no longer the task, however in case you have companies controlling the exhibit and telling the manufacturers what they are going to get, its no longer consistently the enterprise however the men and women they promote their product to that's the obstacle.

First I will answer step by step what you are asking. I do NOT support the deportation of ALL undocumented people. I like how you state that because illegal aliens is so awful. Undocumented people for the people who do not understand is just another simpler and gentler term for illegal alien. They are not aliens!!!!

It is more costly to get the resources to deport undocumented workers that's a fact. As for them not paying taxes. People tend to close their ears and eyes to the fact that even undocumented/illegal workers are allowed a job. With a job you must report taxes unless the employer is paying "under the table" as many call it. Otherwise, taxes are being taken out of their checks. On the other hand, undocumented people are not allowed to file for social security nor government aid. This is a stereotype because people see them with a lot of kids or a lot of family members so they assume they are receiving government aid. The fact is, more white Americans are on welfare and receive social security then any other nationality. The statistics show Almost 80% are white Americans fallowed by Hispanics, African Americans. So there is no rationale as to the stereotype... its all made up.

If all the undocumented people who work in the fields get deported and actual legal citizens start working there... yikes, you know how much our produce prices will go up. If people think gas is bad, wait till all your food goes up then what. Cost of living stays the same!

I would rather them be working then have to build more prisons and have my tax dollars paying for them. As it is we pay enough for taxes for all people who are imprisoned to be there.

As for the children that are Citizens... they are Citizens what else do we need to say. The government should grant them at least a Visa to the parents. The Constitution of the United States does not separate a person because they are Hispanic or whatever race and say they can't be a Citizens if their parent is undocumented. If you are born on American soil you are a Citizen plain and simple.

Also, who is benefiting from Hispanics sticking together as that one other person posted. We are stronger in numbers that is the beauty of Hispanics. We rally together because we suffer and strive together. Without support and backing then things wont get done. People have to show that others support them in order for government to hear.

I'm tired of the same old thing, that Mexicans are taking up all this money and school as well as healthcare! NO the government is not funding things properly. You think the government doesn't know that there are people out there using double social security numbers. As long as the money rolls in what do they care. It is not only illegals who do this, it is also Citizens who do not want to be caught, pay child support or are involved in criminal activity.

Criminals are anyone it does not stop at race.

Crimes are committed by anyone, it does not stop at race.

So...I do support the effort of people coming here and working to better themselves. After all, that is how the original "Founding Fathers" did it. They were English! Not American, they migrated to what was called the Americas!!!

People just need to know their history, both sides not just what they learned in High School, put themselves in other people shoes. Not enough sympathy not empathy around here!

We don't need more taxes to rid our country of people who defied our laws to be here. The countries in which they came from can finance them to return. Illegal is illegal, and not blah blah blah. What part of punishing someone who breaks the law do you not understand ? Bus tickets out of here are cheap. The reason for the focus on Mexico is that that country is doing nothing to stop the people from crossing the border, regardless of what country they come from.
It is a bright day since the amnesty bill failed. As far as running deeper into the shadows, "when it is dark, there are no shadows."

We can't send them back. The cost would be to high. But what we can do is totally stop legal aliens who want to come here. And tell those who want to come here Legally "Sorry We are close for 20 years. This is to off set the 20 millions undocumented aliens we had to made legal. Blame the illegals.

PS Plz send all new Form is Spanish because the 20 million new American are refusing to learn English."

.. The kids of illegal aliens are minors and cannot function as adult citizens...they are sent out w/ their parents...they can re-enter when they are 21.
..judicial process == 20 minute hearing like traffic court...produce proof (documents ) that they are legal ...no proof then by law held for deportation
...deportation processing facilities--->low cost temporary "tent cities " with basic facilities-food shelter latrines and showers. Gov can use fed land ,transport illegals to whatever location eases the sorting for subsequent transportation to countries of origin. States would be charged a transportation fee to off set fed costs .The goal would be to have detainees stay in the temp holding facilities no no more than three weeks.
...All assets of illegals seized and hefty fines from employers (10,000) per illegal employee will help defray transportation costs and their food/water bill (while held at the deportation facilities...use of temp tent cities lowers costs and can be easily dismantled later.
..as for sending them to "the shadows"...they are already in the shadows ..where they are often misused by those who seek to contoll, repress or shake them down or are pressed into criminal activity
..leagl battles are not valid!! illegal entry has either occurred or the detainee HAS documents that prove they have authorization to be in the USA...(even a tourist can prove that they passed thru customs at xx aipport/port/border crosssing...others have student or other visas...)
..No "battle is required since the charge of illegal entry is no different than a citizen hauled into court for failure to pay traffic fines, or back taxes...the violator gets a hearing to produce his bank receipts verifying that his fines/taxes were paid...if he cant prove he did not violate the law, then he is guilty and receives the required penality/punnishment..
....as for extra people equiptment...not too much.. since remote holding areas would require fewer guards, the Natl guard could transport the illegals in ( a cargo plane can land on a desert strip or trucked in) and each state would be charged a per head transport/housing fee.
...as for the closing of work?? yes some employers will likely suffer set backs but I doubt that the US will crumble ...
....The illegal problem is not about the character or desires or even countries of origin. It is simply the fact that millions of "unknown people" chose DECEIT to satisfy a personal desire for "x". No one knows the INTENT of these unknowns-What is known is that they chose to ignore /break Us entry laws to achieve a personal desire . Laws exist to prevent the population from the chaos that results if everyone decided that THEIR desires justified taking what ever they wanted !(My desire for a car doesnt mean that I can break into a dealers lot and take one..simply because I feel that My life would be better with a car..)
illegals unfortunately are often viewed as deceitful people because they push ahead of others who respect and understand that ANY society has rules or laws.

The process is pretty simple. No green card - get on the bus. Not sure why you see such a protracted process. It's what we do now. If you are able to track a worker back to his home send wife and kids back. Two illegals don't make a citizen.

The only secret is to make the border less porous. Removing a couple dozen at a time with no advance planning and complete disruption make convince some to go home on their own accord.

I am not willing to deport hard working people that only came here to make a better living. Of course we should deport all the criminals that have a record or something in the United States. But why deport people that just want a share of the American Dream? This nation was founded on base of dreams and believes but now we're being to selfish to give other people the chance to do somehting the first founders of this nation did IMMIGRATE TO ANOTHER COUNTRY FOR A BETTER LIVING! People that complain about immigrants are just too blind to see the other side of the issue. I see we're payin taxes but there are many immigrants payin taxes as well so I have no idea why we should be complaining.

Yes, because I didn't legally immigrate and legally become a naturalized citizen so others can have a free ride.

As a legal immigrant it really pisses me off that certain groups get amnesty while my family clawed and busted their asses to get here. Yes, you can say the illegal immigrants did likewise, but NOT legally.
