Say you were told by a guy you liked and were dating that the only thing he hated more than anything was a whining, irritating nag, could you stop yourself from becoming that person to save the relationship? How would you remind yourself if it's part of your nature???

Just remember to always say what you mean without whining. My husband does not like it when I do those things. So, I just wait to talk to him about things that upset me when I have calmed down. I pick a time when he is in a good mood and tell him (without whining or nagging) straightforward what bothered me. It took me a while to learn how to control it. But sometimes pushing back the sudden desire to do him bodily harm helps. There are many ways to handle things that don't involve an argument or crushed feelings.

I'm not a ******, but I have been....hence, I learn't my lesson.
The trick is finding a guy that can think for himself and / or is on the same wave length as yourself so you dont have to nag...
Depends what the nagging is about, like - take out the trash kinda nag, or what?

Well most women I know wait until they have the guy hook, line , and sinker before letting the REAL nagging kick in. And by then the guy is stuck for one reason or another and just has to accept his fate.

If you knew that being a raging sexist blowhard would chase your woman away, could you stop yourself?
EDIT: No, I'm not a nag. I'm just ruthless. There's a difference.

You said it Cassie T!
There would not be a relationship if someone even said something like that to me.

Screw him and the horse he rode in on. There are more fish in the sea so go find one that will like you for the way you are . You shouldn't change for anyone but yourself.
