You shouldn't HAVE to pick from flash. Have a design drawn and ready to take with you so that you know it will be exactly what you want and you won't be rushed into making a decision about the design.
Tattoo parties are bad ideas in my opinion....not the same sterile environment as a shop.

why dont you ask a friend who can desing (or at least knows how to use those design softwares) and u can design ur own tattoo and take it with u on a cd for the tattoo artist. i got a tattoo when i was 16 and i was in the same situation where the tattoo artist was leaving the next day (and in Dubai there arent many tattoo artists) and so i felt pressured to go with one of her designs. Trust me i really regret it now and i wish i took my time and designed something on my own. remember that the tattoo will be on u forever so u want something that u would like now and when ur older.. having ur name tattooed is a good idea, just dont put anyone elses name.

I don't have any suggestion wherein you are living however I understand this mighty character who runs a store in California known as Buju tattoo. You can not make the tattoo on on-line however when you move to that internet site and touch the landlord of Buju Tatoo she'll draw out a few lovely mighty visuals for you. Everything she does is her possess private art work and she or he makes the tattoos to customise what you favor. Give it a take a look at or a minimum of talk over with her website online :)

1. don't get a tattoo at a tattoo party. nothing screams hepatitis and staph infection like a tattoo party.
if you want a custom tattoo why don't you go to a custom tattoo parlor who will have the time and the artistic ability to help you create something that you will be happy with.
seriously... tattoos are forever, and tattoo parties are dumb and dangerous.

here is what i did.
since i am Indian....i wanted Indian emblem tattooed on my back shoulder....but the emblem is not exactly 'cool'...so i googled it and looked at about 100 pictures of it and found a custom made drawing. i printed it and took it with me....told the artist about the little changes i wanted. so he scanned the printed image on to his computer and made the changes in about 2 mins.
good luck and get ready for some burning pain. if this is your first tattoo make sure its not too big or you'll regret it for about 2 weeks.

If your looking for a dragon fly, then think about this. Dragonfly wings usually have "cells", looks kinda like stained glass. So have your name or a nick name or initials spelled out in the "cell" divisions, it personalizes the tat, and keeps it subtle.

Have them do a subtle tribal circle design around it with your name either at the top or bottom. You could have them shade the colors in the tribal band to match the dragonfly.
