Candy Lightner is a woman I respect for trying to reduce drunk driving. But she left MADD, for good reason, because they no longer exist for their original purpose. They are now a Pro-Prohibitionist organization that manipulates statistics and flat-out lies to children and the public.

Please educate yourself before joining a radical right-wing organization like MADD.

MADD is retarded. I am a beer guy at stadiums and instead of taking on these colossal concession companies like Aramark and Sportservice by fighting to lower the number of beer sales by decreasing the number of vendors MADD chooses to try and get us banned altogether. I don't get people drunk but when you add another 200 guys selling beer at stadiums then the pressure increases to make more money and some vendors will sell to someone who is intoxicated. MADD should have more bite in it's bark and is just another political craphouse that started out as a noble idea but has changed into a political machine.

You can join without going to meetings. I think they share dues with the local group, so they want you to choose a chapter so you get their mailings and the chapter gets part of the dues.

You will need to contact Dr. Claw, just make sure Inspector Gadget doesn't follow you there!
