i am 16 5'5" 130 lbs i would like to be about 20 lbs lighter and i was wondering if anyone could help me know how many calories i should eat if i want to be 20 lbs lighter inabout 3 or 4 weekslike when school stars in august...can anyone help me?!?!i can not run and because of my knees or swim and i am not going to take diet pills...PLEASE HELP ME!

You are in the normal range now--but 20 lbs lighter is still within normal range. http://www.halls.md/body-mass-index/bmi.htm

Your calories should not drop below 1300 calories. Try to keep within the range of 1300-1500. Most importantly is eating healthy foods. Watch portion control. Eat something 5-6 times a day and don't miss meals.

2-3 lbs a week is normal weight loss. The end of August is only 8 weeks away so 20 lbs is going to be really difficult, but a realistic goal. You just can't take any time off, or vacations from working out.

You can't run or swim, well try some fitness DVDs. How about sports? Anything keep your interest? Whenever you are just sitting there not doing anything, hold your arms above your head (in that kinda eqyptian, indian prayer position) for one whole commercial break. It's a lot harder than it sounds. Do freeweights for your arms and work your abs with an exercise ball.

Definitely try the fitness dvds and it's summer! Get outside and enjoy it!

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

What you are asking is possible.. and I have a safer or faster alternative to achieve it- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
