Well, this is to all my friends out there who hate islam or maybe dont know much about it. So for the start let me remind you that islam doesnt at all teach terrorism or anything like that. There are some extremists who just practise it and every religion has extremists as you all know. Next, to tell you that 'politics' also plays a major role in this subject. Its just the politicians who for their sake have to blame something for their advancement.

Next, as a few of you might know that islam is the largest growing religion in the US. And the people who convert to islam only choose it after they have totally learnt about it. They love it and are happy with it. Like everything has good and evil, so some people prefer to doing good that is by following islam rather than following the evil like blaming it.

Thirdly, the rules written in the quran are not forced on anybody. They are just there for the benefit of the world and the society otherwise the world will be full of corruption which may lead to calamity.

Lastly, some this may seem funny to you all but even some american scientists have backed that quran is a book sent by god as it tells so many things about the future. So, my dear friends just give it a thought or may be search on the internet and well, please stop blaming islam.

Yes, it sure is!

Anything that would have you believe in some mythical entity or entities that created the world and then man; expects our undying loyalty based on nothing more the ancient words in a book; is suppose to have ultimate power, but the use of such power is indistinguishable from natural happenstance; ask for something to be given or given up so that someday you will reap the rewords in a place that can not be confirmed to exist IS evil! (This would include Christianity, Judaism, Wicca, Hinduism, etc.. as well as Islam.

Lets fact it. We laugh at the ancient civilizations that believed that there are super powerful beings (gods & goddesses) that lived hi upon a mountain or in a world separated from ours by a rainbow bridge. We marvel that people believed there was once a man born of the gods that Captured a three-headed dog from hell, Captured a mythical deer with golden antlers, Killed a supernatural lion and cleaned the massive Augean stables in a single day by re-routing two mighty rivers through the stable to wash the dirt away. (Heracles) Or that people believed that a man (also born of a god) who fought frost giants, controlled thunder and performed such acts and wrestling old age to one knee, or entered a drinking contest where he could not empty a horn which was filled not with mead but was connected to the ocean. It was said that his attempt to empty the horn caused sever tidal changes. (Thor) Yet, despite our shock, people did believe these things. It's my understanding that some people still do. Yet we find this fanciful and foolish. Yet we are willing to believe in a man that walked on water or turned caskets of water into whine? Or believe that a god exists that formed the world in 6 days and the on the 8th molded a man from clay and breathed into him life? All about 6100 years ago. Ummm... Ok? Science has shown that the earth was formed over a period of millennia some 4.57 billion years ago and that the first modern humans (Homo sapiens sapiens) evolved about 130,000 years ago. (to say nothing of the other hominids. (Homo habilis; Homo erectus; Homo neanderthalensis or Homo sapiens idaltu)) Yet, people still choose to believe an antique book that has absolutely no historical proof. (Oh, the unwise talk about the flood, and how geologists have shown that there where great floods. And they did too. The last geological flooding in the general vicinity of biblical events took place around 7,600 years ago, some 1,500 years before the biblical creation story, over 3,000 years before the biblical flood. That's enough to make be believe...in something else!

So, any religion that leads people using fear and intimidation based on lies and exaggerations contributes to mans ignorance. This is EVIL. The fact that most religions demand that their faith is the only true religion and that all others will rot in hell (ignorance and bigotry) I say they are ALL Evil!

I say yes. Let me explain why. The people are not necessarily bad but the religion is bad. They degrade woman. They have you forced to obey a bunch of religious rituals and laws. Then you have Jihad. If you kill in the name of Allah you go to heaven automatically.

I am a converted Muslim, I love Islam with all my heart.
