Everytime i'm around alot of people are something my head starts to shake. It also does it when I talk to girls are get angry. And when I take school pictures it also shakes as well. I need help what is this? I know it might be nerves but how can I control it? Is there any medz I can take for it? I want to go to the doctor so bad but I think the doctors doesn't know what it is.

I'm only 18 years old.

I saw someone with that. I think it means that your brain is so big that your head is sagging!! Thats what my teacher used to tell this guy Martin.

It might be SAD Social Anxiety Disorder
go to a doctor and research it on the Internet
don't worry if it is it's curable
theres meds and therapies

It sounds like you have anxiety attacks. This can come in all forms; including the "shakes", dizziness, loss of breath, increase heart rate, sweating. Any counselor, nurse, health teacher will point you in the right direction.

Why do you think the doctors don't know what it is? Anxiety neurosis. See a general physician and if required a neurologist.

There are numerous neurological conditions that can cause shaking of the head and neck. Please go to the dr. ASAP. If he/she doesn't know what it is they will do tests to determine the diagnosis.

well it sounds like nerves but you should see a doctor and let them tell you what they think just in case..its better to be safe then sorry i always say!!

I have ADHD and my head does that. It is part of the hyperactivity. Do you have ADHD?
