The pain when i bit really hard just started to bug me. Since i have braces i really ignore the pains.
At the front of my premolar, not the top of the tooth, there is this pen size spot that is WHITE. its right on top of where the gums are, i tried brushing it because i thought it was something stuck there, but it didnt come off so it is part of my tooth. I heard that your tooth can repair itself, so does this white speck mean its repairing itself or something else, or is it really a cavity, since i have braces and my teeth are moving i could have not brushed that part carefully enough.

I don't think so. Cavities are not white in color. Black, brown, red, even green, but not white. This is an area of extra mineralization or Hypermineralization. It is no problem at all. I wonder if this is the only white spot on your teeth? Could it be some boding material from when they put your brackets on? Anyway, this is not the cause of your pain, likely your braces are the cause.

Most likely the whtie spot on your tooth is decalcification. Not a cavity. Cavities are usually dark in color. The pain could be from your braces. If you had any trama to that tooth, it could also be that the nerve in that tooth is dying, but i do not think that that is your problem, if your that concerned you should consult a dentist.
