The way the question is posed is not correct.

God has created other animals to be the food of a Lion. It does not eat grass or fruits. One should remember that a lion kills another animal only when it is hungry. Just for play it will not kill any other creature. That is why lion is called the king of animals. One can not call it sinner when It kills an animal to fill its belly.

Whereas a man can eat vegetarian food and can survive. He is not expected to kill animals for his food. If he kills even one he can be called sinner.

The answer is: neither is a sinner. The lion is just doing what comes naturally. I doesn't really make sense to talk about an animal being a sinner. As a Christian, I don't believe that killing animals for food is a sin.
If there's any sinner here, it's the man or men who allowed the lion to kill a thousand men.

In the name of Allah the most Gracious the Most Merciful. My friend yes you have rightly stated that Almighty Allah IS the Creator of the Entire universe and all that is in,above it and below it.He the Almighty has send Down to us His Commands, does and donts, and has given us the line of control which we should Never cross. The consumption of Animals for Humans has been allowed and lines Drawn. For example we have been allowed to consume ONLY Animals of The CATTLE BREED, LIke Camel,Bulls,Goat ,sheep, etc.WE ARE NOT allowed to Kill any other animal, like Tigers,Lions,OR any wild Animals that has Claws.Where Birds are Concerned,we are allowed Poultry,But we are NOT allowed to eat Birds with Claws,Like Vultures, eagles etc. Now you have to understand that Almighty God has set in Nature an Ecological Balance.Humans are born and humans die.Can we ask why ???Can we ask why should Humans Die and Not live for ever and ever ??? Similarly There also has to be an Ecological balance In the Animal Population. For eg.If the breed of cattle were Not consumed, they would go on Multiplying, and you would have a Holocust.Who would be able to afford and take of these Animlas, who would bury them when they die of old age,Where are the pastures available to feed these Animals,Do you know the costs involved in taking care of large Animals ???From where would you get the leather that our shoes are made of???So many Items that we use on a day to day basis are made of the Animal By Products??? Yes we are against Cruel Treatment To animals, and Killing of any Animal For sport. But consumption of HALAAL Meat is a Human Right and Preservation of Human Life takes Precedence above all else.

You could ask this question differently.

Perhaps you believe that 'non-vegiterians' are sinners. You nvite you to go through the following.
cientifically both plants and animals are having one basic unit common i.e. cell.
It contents are remarkably common except few like chlorophyl, centrosome, plastids, vacuoles etc. These cell constitute the whole body of an animal or a plant.

Now basic difference being its unability to create sound [ cry ] when broken /eaten /plucked, a plant or vegitable, can not make it eatable ethically and logically.

People eat vegitables just becoz they dont scream or cry. People drink milk which was actually meant for the calf and not for any other purpose. Where is their ethics ?

There may be a reason that blood of the killed animal makes them to have a guilty feeling, which is red and like ours becoz of hoemoglobin. But then the blood of plants, incidently not red, is as important as red blood.

We love to kill kockroaches just becoz they dont have red blood.

The canines are the teeth which are not found in Herbivorous
animals. The fact that canines are present in humen beings make it clear that humen are Omnivorous as the God meant us to be.

However for health point of view one should prefer vegitables
though there are some protiens which can only be found in meat.

Surely A man who kills 10 animals.
Reasons for that:
1. Man can eat vegetables, fruit, but animal can't.
2. Man if he can't leave without that then can use one animal what is the need to kill 10.
3. Human can think but animal can't.
4. Most effective one, In Manusya yoni one is free to do good or evil and other are bhog yonis they just have to reap what they have done in human form.

What a loaded question! Why do you assign the term "sinner" to either lion or man? How presumptuous.
Shall I ask you if you still sleep with your sister?

The answer is neither. Food is food.

There is no sin registered against any animal. Only man does sin or good deeds, and they are counted.

Whatever we do other than being obsessed in the thought of God is a sin. Whether we are vegetarians or non vegetarians doesn't matter.

A lion cannot sin. To commit a sin, one must have a soul. Only man (men and women) have a soul.
A man who kills animals to eat is not sinning. God gave man dominion over the animals.
If man (men or women) mistreats animals, then a sin is committed. Again, God gave man (men and women) dominion over animals - that means to use them for food, etc., but also to care for them and tend to them.
