Seeing the comments on here: It appears atheists believe they're all-knowing. The concept of God is all-knowing(not a guy in the sky or whatever, but an all-knowing 'being'). Using A=B, B=C, then A=C, you could come up with the conclusion that (some) atheists think they're God?
Nothing is truly objective in life.

Snofake: Considering that nothing is absolute truth, every argument is circular, even in science. It's all circular and that's a 'backed in the corner' response.
JonMcn49: You said: "I can frame a logical argument better than you. You have posited a invalid syllogism with your " A=B " argument." ---> haha... that's not an argument, but a statement. Just a simple statement... haha And I'm pretty sure any argument you formulate will be loose logic anyways(you may know it as 'Ignava Ratio').
I can't debate with everyone individually and really don't care to spend the time too. Good luck all in your individual belief system or lack of.

What's the difference between an atheist claiming to know for certain that there is no god, and a Christian claiming that the Bible is the literal word of god? Both are entitled to have strongly held opinions and your alphabet soup logic really doesn't prove anything. A doesn't always equal C.

Concepts of god are many, far beyond what you can comprehend. God is all that is and all that is not and all that is yet to be. If I could pin it down to one thing, I'd say god is "being". Humans have a hard time with being, cause they would rather be thinking or judging or being self righteous like you are and just like you judge the atheists of being.

No, we don't believe in ANY god. Which also means that we don't believe we ourselves are god. If we did, then we'd believe in a god, wouldn't we? And then the whole concept of atheism - which is not believing in a god - would be useless.
Oh, and we don't believe we're all-knowing, either. Or at least most of us don't. You will, of course, run into the occassional person on an ego trip, but these people can be of any religion :)

No. I do not think I am god, nor am I all knowing, but I can frame a logical argument better than you. You have posited a invalid syllogism with your " A=B " argument.
You have two premises leading to one conclusion. That is a simple syllogism, as is apparent to anyone with a modicum of logical training.

Um, no. I simply just don't believe in a god.
And saying that nothing is truly objective is an objective statement in itself. So that's circular.

No. If an Atheist believed they were a god, then they would believe that gods exist, therefore they would be theist, not Atheist.
Pointing out where others are wrong is not the same as being all-knowing, but we do thank you for the flattery, all the same.

See, actually the satanists believe they are god, and I'm not making this up! Not like, mythical hell raising satanists, but real Church of Satan satanists, believe they are god and that is the one distinct characteristic between satanists and atheists. It's the "rectangle vs. square" principle. Some atheists are satanists, but not all atheists are satanists.

I am an atheist, and I do not consider myself as any deity.
I am sorry you think that atheists present themselves as all-knowing. Maybe that misconception comes from the fact the we usually know ourselves better than strangers. Atheists usually know themselves well enough to claim that they do not believe in any god/s.

No. I do not believe that I am God, nor would I want to be. You need to study more on Atheism before you make sensationalist remarks about people.

I don't consider myself god. Wouldn't your logic also mean that an absolute believer would create God by "knowing" about Him?
