Can fighter pilots relieve themselves on a long mission? Do they a sort of diaper?

You're asking about single seat aircraft only, correct?

Yes they can "go", but it's not pleasant. There's a relief container that's essentially a bag with a funnel shaped opening and absorbent material inside that's a fairly good solution for a male to take a leak. Other than that, you go in your pants.

yeah no sh** they have co-pilots and auto pilot, but the answer to your question is you hold it. There's no secret. But hell what do I know, I'm just a black hawk pilot, I just hold it on long flights. If its an emergancy I just land in the nearest feild take care of business and carry on. If its a critical mission going pp is gonna be the last thing on your mind.

Fighter jets only last a couple of hours in the air unless they are refuelled. There are drugs one can take to go or not go. Bombers have toliets, even the B-2 bomber.

The co-pilot takes over

They can't be women, because women always have to go to the bathroom in pairs.
