best idea is to ask a pharmacist. They know more about medicines than doctors do. I have been on almost every one with no dry mouth, but as you said we are all different.

I don't think there are any.I know quite a few people who take them including myself and they all take different kinds and all of them say they have dry mouth, but seriously if it really bothers you then check with a doctor .There may be 1 out there but you have to remember that whatever the doctor prescribes for you is generally what he thinks will work.I drink about eight bottles of water a day and i always keep gum on me because it really sucks to try to talk with a dry mouth...good luck and I hope you find the 1 that works for you.

I take generic Wellbutrin SR (150 mg) in the morning, and Lexapro (10 mg) with dinner, for depression and anxiety. I've been taking that for over three years, and it's working very well for me. The Wellbutrin SR seems to help me to be more alert and active - and wanting to do things - while the Lexapro makes me more mellow, and it helps me sleep better, too. They are relatively low doses of each medication, which keeps side effects at a minimum. I really can't tell I'm taking any medication at all. There are a lot of people that take Wellbutrin with their SSRI's, it helps to counteract some of the possible side effects of the SSRI's - such as drowsiness, weight gain, and the sexual side effects. It really does make a difference!!

Hi,
I think it is the best if you ask your doctors because they have more knowledge about medicine. It would be safe that way if you would make a doctor visit and ask about the concern of the anti-depressants side-effects.

Lexapro doesn't dry your mouth out. It has almost 0 side effects. It works alot better than Paxil.

I take one medication that dries out my mouth, but it is not an anti-depressant.
Ask a doctor, just call and ask. Save a trip unless you enjoy seeing your doctor.
