OK buddy, I presumed you already did the re-install from the original disks so we wont go there.
Quick question - did you have a real copy, bootleg copy or trial copy -
IF
bootlegged - best bet is to get a real copy
real - and re-install didnt work - see if the files are in a different place because of some upgrade
if trial version - you can always set your clcol backwards to be within the trial dates - then when you finish your work, turn the date back to the right date
In all likihood - files may have gotten moved, or removed, when you did some update or somehting like that - its not a big deal - just a matter of finding them and putting them where they belong.

M$-Office may have been a 90 day Trial version and it has expired.
