Ok, i was thinking if i walked into a bank with a bomb strapped to my chest with a heart monitor attached to that so if i died or my heart beat dropped to low or something i would blow up could i get away with that??? If so why do robbers always get caught if its that easy!

damn son if you got that much money to buy a bomb that is operated to blow uo according to your heart beat then you sound like you already robbed a bank cause thats an expensive bomb, by the way cops could snipe you with a needle bullet that has horse tranquillizer and put you out to sleep in a heartbeat, lol

2) there's attempted murder
if the bomb had gone off and u survived but others died, then u will get murder,
and because u had taken steps that were beyond that which was merely preparatory, the charge of attempt is made out
just say i shoot in the direction of a cop- thats attempted murder as i wanted to kill him, and took the actions to do so, but it missed.
