I have really vivid dreams sometimes too where (mostly) people are attacking me. Its just a dream. Usually, I think, you see something during the day that bothers you subconsciously and it manifests itself in your dreams because you didn't take the time to think about it during the day.
You're fine. You'll also notice that the more time goes by during the day, the less freaked out you feel and you kind of just forget about it.

dream are made up of our own good and bad experiences, fear and joy also affect them. so it is basically your inner fear that has appeared in your dream, or you may have watched some gory scene in animal planet which might have cause you to see such dream just forget it and enjoy , go and watch some funny movies which do not have bears.
