What are some very good arguments or questions to ask when you're trying to prove atheism to someone but haven't got much time?

I'm not scumming around for answers, by the way. I have a lot of answers, but they end up being way too long... the people I talk to can't really pay attention for longer than two or three minutes.

These people are largely my schoolmates, and we've all been schooled in stiff Catholic apologetics, so they have a lot of sh|tty arguments but don't let me talk, and don't really understand when I do.

Have u seen God?
Can u show him to me?
Be practical.
Why is that God is only for a Particular sect when he created this cosmos or is he showing partiality?

These are simple questions but are very difficult to answer. Athesim is not rejecting God but rejecting blind beliefs and Hypocracy.

Long story short, you can't prove atheism... rather you can disprove specific gods. Take christianity for example. They believe in a god that is all powerful, all knowing, and all good. If he is all knowing, then you do not have free will, as "god" has already seen your actions and thus they are no longer decisions. Its like watching a movie that you have already seen, is the ending going to be different the 2nd time around. No, you know what to expect. Expanding on this we also find out that their god is not all good as it creates people whom it knows will not follow christianity, and therefore will go to hell. A good god would love all its creations no matter what and would at least not create life to suffer for eternity (which god would know to be the case before ever creating a person). Finally, an all good and all powerful god would eliminate suffering as it only serves to revert happiness. There would be no need for suffering if god was all powerful, he could install the importance of happiness without the dichotomy of suffering.
To sum up this rambling... you need to know your audience and adjust your topics of conversation to fit them. These arguements work well to disprove the christian god, but not polytheism.

What is the history of your religion?
In the time of jesus, there were many prophets who pretty much went through the same path of virgin birth on dec 25th, preaching to the elders at age 12, baptized at 30, died and resurrected on day 3. Also he is not the first to walk on water, turn water to wine, raise the dead, heal the sick etc. The only reason why he prevailed above the rest was thanks to the emperor constantine.
The arguement i have used frequently is that you cannot tell stories of things that are impossible and be believed without proof. For eg, i could say that i met a black guy at the coffee shop yesterday and you could believe me because even though you weren't at the coffee shop yesterday, it is very possible that i could have seen a black guy at the coffee shop. But if you tell me that under your very eyes the black guy turned into a lion then i will need proof because i have never seen or heard of a human being turn into a lion, so it is with the stories of christians. I have never seen anyone turn water into wine, walk on water, rise from the dead etc. So i will need proof outside the bible to believe you and you should need the same proof too to believe your faith

You can no more prove that God Doesn't exist than the believers can prove that he does exist. It all boils down to being able to make your arguments believable and convincing. In other words it's ALL simply a matter of Faith. Atheists have FAITH that the scientific facts will prove that he does not exist (which is something that science simply can not do. That isn't how science works). And the believers have FAITH that a deity DOES exist based on their Religious texts, which are claimed to be the "revealed" work of their particular Deity. Which is faulty logic because they are using themselves as their own source material, which NO reasonable debator would accept as a logical argument. So ALL we are really left with is, as I've already mentioned, FAITH.

Well, there's my Noah's Ark question I just offered a little while ago, talking about all the sub-species of animals supposedly fitting on a wooden boat crafted by one man's hands. (two types of elephants, five types of rhinos, three types of giraffes, the weight adds up after awhile).

I also mentioned vestigial organs (organs that no longer have a purpose, like wings on a penguin or hind legs on a whale) for the intelligent design angle.

there is no proof only indicative theory and lack of proof to the contrary. For instance some theist relish g-d's word as perfect in the bible yet Noah's Ark flies in the face of reason fact and logic . there was absolutely no way to put all that food and all those animals in the structure described in the bible . What kind of g-d is less humane than even the justice system to create cruel and unusual punishment in the form of a hell for eternity rather than a merciful death. And the study of the evolution of religious doctrine is evident that it is manmade not divine in nature. the idea of a god so shallow as to create evil as well as good and use the devil as a dupe is far to much like an assasination conspiracy where the assassin goes away scot free and the patsy takes the punishment for the crime. so many religions that disagree yet claim to have the same g-d . Man supposedly made in the image and likelnes of g-d yet are we perfect or struggling for such . An imperfect planet full of diseases hardly the reflection of a perfect creation. the bible claims that if one prays correctly they will be answerewd yet it was put to the test praying for the regrowth of legs for amputees and no response was noted . the original idea of hell comes from the hebrew or probably aramaic at that time for a cremation grounds and garbage dump outside the city where they took and burned the bodies of the dead yet through the ages this idea has evolved to become the hell fires of eternal damnation . the word virgin in Christ time meant maiden but now the word has changed to mean something else . Carl Jung the german psychologist and son of a preacher read in original hebrew and greek of a god who was thought to have been married and divorced and remarried but this was not included in the collection of books in the tome known as the bible an i've heard some scriptures that were not liked were even burned in an attempt to strengthen the bibles impact and rid themselves of contrary writings. the idea of Christ walking on water has been said to come from the misinterpretation of the phrase walked near the water when translated . the muslims strongly believe in the corruption of the old testament although they believe in it they still place undue similar faith in their own koran that they claim it is divine from a warrior who was illiterate and still argue over the many versions handed down by word of mouth. they greater the accessiblity of education dealing with these matters the less belief in the supernatural theistic belief. we have learned that we should not appease the g-ds by sacrificing virgins to vulcanoes and no longer believe in mythology but many still persist to taint their moral convictions with deity and superstition much like we fool children into generousity with Santa Claus . Science can barely extrapolate to the big bang through scientific reason mixed with conjecture yet one book of hearsay not supported by historic evidence and we jump on the belief in the theism band wagon . We brain wash our children thinking it's for their good without a choice of free will yet when this false sense of piety turns to pedifial priest who have taken blind faith of a deity to abuse children we continue on the path that g-d is present and represented by these holy men.if some one pointed to a brown paper pag would no if it contained g-d of a celestial teapot found in orbit outside mars without openning the bag to look if some one told you to take your hands off the steering wheel while driving down the highway and let G-d drive would you be gullible enough to do so? etc.
peace through understanding not blind emotion and faith in hearsay just a few take your pick...

There are no failproof arguments for atheism. There is a failproof argument for a Supreme Intelligence (Not saying which one) if you accept quantum physics as being true.
Quantum theory states that things do not exist until observed. Problem: What observed the universe into being? Thus, we have a "God" or the Supreme Intelligence.
