The short answer: Yes

The long answer: Yeah, they'll take you through a pretty comphensive course that will not only show you how to make the drink but allow you the opportunity to make the drinks more times than you want without any customers jumping down your throat. There are tons of partner resources available to you if you, say, forget how many pumps of mocha go in a grande mocha frapaccino.

You have a great chance to embrace the culture of starbucks and to gain alot of understanding about coffee, tea, and alot of their socially responsible programs. Starbucks is a company that thinks about not only the end result of selling the coffee, but about taking care of the workers who are harvesting the beans and their families up to the partners who are behind the counter.

As someone who's trained dozens of starbucks partners the best thing i can say is simply "Be willing to learn and *listen*". If you have half a brain and are capable of doing simple things without having to have someone stand over you holding your hand step by step than you'll do fine. (sadly that is asking alot).

Of Course they will train you, no job expects you to know what goes on there until you are orientated. Besides they will teach you huch milk, sugar, ice and so on will make a starbucks drink.

I know some one that worked there, he didn't know anything about making Coffee drinks, but he was good at it.

Generally when you start you will just watch and learn the process of the registers, the food, the products etc. Then they will send you to EXTENSIVE training on how to make the drinks, which each drink is, coffee history, etc etc etc. Depending on if you are going to be one of their baristas or not, they can put a lot of effort into teaching each person!

Isn't this something you should've asked during the interview?

Of course they're going to train you! You don't think they'd hire you "thinking" you already know how to make their drinks, and how to proportion the syrups, ice, and liquids, do you?

Yes, they'll train you. Don't worry.
