I would like to call people for very cheap or free internationaly. I was wondering if it could be used like Hotmail or Yahoo as i don't actualy own my own computer. I was thinking that i could use other peoples internet because i am a cheap guy. lol Can anybody help me out?

this is only my opinion but these days, most people are using the Skype. i'm using skype also if i would like to call some friends and talk to them in a long period of time. this way i will not be billed as it it not a telephone call. all my friends have skype also, so both of us can freely and at any time call each other.
if you don't own a computer, there are internet cafes who have skype installed in their computers, so you may want to use it, though all you need is to pay the internet cafe charge per hour. My buddy is using skype too to call his friend in France as he has no money to pay for call thru telephone. Try it.

Future fone is the cheapest international I know of. Skype is the method of choice if you can get someone you know to install skype
