The one thing that I have been using for about a year is the coffee grounds. If you have a coffee maker just brew some, before taking a shower scrub your body with it in circular motions, it has to be a little hot, if it gets cold just put it in the microwave, the ingridients in coffee will make your skin super soft and the properties in it will also help reduce cellulite and prevent it. You got to be constant with it, I do it about two times a week, but at least one. After that you need to wash your body or it will stain your clothes. After one time you will love it. The tub gets a little messy, but believe me, it is worth. I hope you try it and like it. You can use your regular lotion after that... I use it for my face and feet as well.

I don't use body scrubs. I use a mesh body puff instead. They actually work much better than any of the body scrubs I've tried. It gently exfoliates every time you use it and it lasts a lot longer. My skin is very soft and they also get rid of any minor skin imperfections like bumps on your forearms, clogged pores, etc.

why dont you just buy some sugar scrub from bath and body works..it's like 13 dollars. and it makes your skin soft and smooth. i LOVE it! but it also makes the tub slippery so be careful. lol

mix sugar and lotion together or try sugar and olive oil or vitamin e or jojoba oil. you can also sustitute salt for the sugar, but salt will sting if you scrub too hard, so try to use sugar.

Take your usual shower gel and add salt or sugar to it. It will exfoliate your skin.
Below is a website I found that gives you instructions in great detail:
