This a touchy subject...office dating. There are so many things that could go wrong. If you both decide to see each outside of the office...my advice...take it slowwwww.
I would be wary if my boss (regardless of age) joked about 'setting me up' with a female coworker. He could be doing just that...SETTING YOU UP. Can you say Sexual Harassment?
Again...take it slow. If the relationship fails...things could get potentially ugly at work and one (or both you) may be looking for new jobs.

What a sweet way to start a relationship - hitting each other, insulting each other, then topping it all off with box chop.
I suggest that you pass notes to each other, and after work, get together for tossing paper airplanes at passers by.
What is this, grade school? Maybe he does "like" you...but I don't think he "likes-you-likes-you"....do you?

Maybe he does, but romance in the work place is really a bad idea. There is so much potential for things to go wrong if it doesn't work.

It's not a good idea to see a guy from work, but go on a date or something... see what happens.

dont ever date anyone from work, ever. think about if it doesnt work out, which it wont, youll still have to see them and have akward work experiences with them. switch departments or jobs if you really want to try to date him, that way if the worst should happen and it doesnt work out at least it doesnt compromise your career.

Possibily, but stay away from work place romances - they can be very difficult and put your job in jeopardy
