Yes, corn is heavenly when grilled. Even better when smoked!!
But other vegetables that are good when grilled are onions, potatoes, and carrots.
Onions you can just slice and throw on the grill. Or put them in some foil with a little butter and some salt. Same for the carrots. The potatoes are best sliced in 1/4" rounds tossed with a little olive oil and sprinkled with garlic salt and black pepper. Then either put them right on the grill, or in some foil and then onto the grill.
Grilled asparagus is really good too.
Or if you want to do it all, you can do a mix of vegetables with some butter, salt, pepper and maybe and clove of garlic. Then all the flavors mix and it turns out splendid!!

Have you ever tried grilled fruit? grilled pineapple is the best. just put the rings of pineapple on the grill, add a little slat if you want, and grill away. also, apples are pretty good and so are pears!!

Have fun grilling!!

Potatoes, onions, zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, asparagus, mushrooms, etc.. You can marinate most veggies in italian dressing and grill for a few minutes on each side, or brush with olive oil, salt and pepper. I like mine a little on the crisp side so they don't fall apart.

Zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, and sliced potatoes and onions are all excellent grilled. You should brush the grill and all of the veggies with oil before grilling, as it prevents sticking and retains moisture.Take care not to overcook them,as they will turn to mush. You want to retain a light snap, or "al dente" consistency. Good luck, and enjoy.

Whole Foods makes this summer grilled vegetable dish with carrots, bell peppers, squash, onions, sweet potatoes that is fabulous.

I cut potatoes very thin and put them with sweet potatoes and onions on the grill inside aluminum foil. Very good.

My sister throws diced sweet potatoes on the grill. Also asparagus and Vidallia onions. Summer squash.

The real question is what veggies aren't good on the grill?

Along with what you already thought of, onions, zucchini, summer squash, potatoes, tomatoes etc.

I ususally string them on a skewer and marinated for a few hours and grill that way. You will need to parboil the potatoes though.,

How about tomatoes

GRILL - TOP TOMATOES

Cut tomatoes in half. Brush cut surfaces with Italian salad dressing. Sprinkle with salt, fresh ground pepper and basil. Place cut side up on aluminum foil or greased grill over hot coals about 10 minutes (don't turn) or until hot through

Zucchini, summer squash, sliced onions, whole green onions, corn on the cob, and kabobs made with mushrooms, cherry tomatos and bell pepper.

I think I'll try Depp Lover's tomatos, but I'll put breadcrumbs, parmesan and a pat of butter on mine.

Parsnips, Yams and Sweet Potatoes go well. Cut into appropriate sized pieces, for the length of time they require to cook.
