I don't like it when a woman has to control everything, like where we eat, stay, what we do, who we call.
Guys give suggestions but they're always vetoed, so then we just say whatever, you pick.

But a totally passive type is no challenge, so letting the guy control everything would bore me, not sure about all men..

The best way with guys is to keep it light, fun, funny, and uncomplicated..
Everything doesn't have to be such a procedure and a discussion.
As for sex, give and take is better than someone who has to control every encounter, too.
I do like a woman who is in control of herself, her mouth, and her life. A strong partner is better than a weak one. Who wants to adopt another adult who is childish?
