Does anyone know where to find the plans to FT Fremont in ST Helena SC.?

I want to see the orginal plans or drawings there is suppose to be a tunnel that goes to the beach, i want to find it.....

Your local FBI office should have a copy of it.

Contact The Trust for Public Land. Looks like they own it. Perhaps the National Archives. It was built quick as Port protection during the Spanish American War. Having been decommissioned for 69 years it's not likely there are any docs on site. How many hurricanes have it that area? Not likely anything would remain of a tunnel except stories.
