My religious belief are not made of stone. I will gladly listen to all views. If I find truth no matter from where or whom, I must acknowledge it until further truth presents itself. How can you grow spiritually. If you hold the same knowledge as you did as a child. The world continues to unfold as does the truth.

I was raised in a strict fundamental Christian home, later became an atheist, and only recently have begun to think about my personal spirituality again, acknowledging the possibility that there may be a greater power out there. Readong some of the things that are written on here scares me, because I see where I could be had I gone too far in either direction. Beliefs should be a private matter; it's one thing if you want to ask a question or two, but to attack someone because of something that is so personal is pretty indicative of the direction that this country is headed, in my opinion. Scary.

I used to be an atheist with an agnostic bend.
Now I'm a stronger atheist than before.
Hearing people talk about religion shows me what is going on in their minds, and most of it sounds like nonsense.
Then again, YA! is not the best place for serious discussions of religion. But it has helped to strengthen my views.

Not here, no, but some people on another Internet forum helped to jumpstart my thinking in a way that eventually led me from Christianity to Zen.

I was born into the slavery of Roman Catholicism, what changed my mind was God's Holy Spirit working through the Holy Bible, leaving the Catholic church was one of if not the greatest things in my life.

I have no religion, but I have unshakable "Faith".
Only God is God.
Religion and Spirituality on this site has fallen apart and I will probably depart.
This whole section of R/S is full of insane people.
No wonder the world is in the condition that it's in.
"Peace be with you"

I've learned a lot to incorporate into my own brand of perspective each religion has differences and sometimes they re-enforce the same thing.
