Im very picky with dressing!
I like ranch the best, and italian, but I dont want my salad to be fattening because of the dresing I use!

Whats your opinion on what kind of dressing I should be using?

The fat free dressings for Ranch and/or Italian are about about 15-25 calories per serving. (Pay attention to the serving size). Another idea is to make your own dressing using Kraft FF mayonaisse which is only 10 calories per tablespoon. You can buy seasoning for making your own dressing or try to season it with your own favorite dressings. When I make my own, I season it and add water to give it the right thickness.

Keep away from all the dressing with high fructose corn syrup. I like Newman's olive oil & vinagar.
