I would put little buns in my hair when it is wet and then sleep so it will be dry in the morning. This way it will create a curl affect in your hair that looks similar to the picture that you like. Make sure that you part your hair properly, so that way you are not fighting your natural hair part in the morning. I went to cosmetology school and if this is done properly you will see the look you want. It may take a couple of tries just do not get frustrated.

The only thing you can try is to blow dry and then use a large curling iron.
If you hair does not hold the curl then you will need a perm.
Take the picture to your stylist and show her or him what the end results you want. The should be able to advise you how to get the look you want.

No. All of those shampoos, creams, and so on that 'assure' some needed result for the guy accomplishing it, are bogus. in case you like curly hair, your ultimate answer could be to circulate on your hair stylist and get a perm, or attempt curling your hair beginning on the roots, and dealing your way down, with a curling iron to realize momentary effects.

Okay. You can either use a curling iron or if you don't won't to use any heat then what you do is after you get ot of the shower you wrap your hair up in a towel for about five minutes, then after five minutes you take the towel down and take some hair gel and sort of put in your hair(sort of scrunch the hair together as you put the gel in). And after that you should have curly hair!
Good Luck!

Shower at night, then after squeezing out most of the moisture with your towel apply some curling mouuse. Then if your hair is long like miley's, twist it into a bun onto the top of your head while your hair is still damp. Now you just go to sleep and wait till morning. When you take your hair out of the bun it will be slightly damp, but it doesn't matter. Style it how you want and then spray it with hairspray!! i really wish my hair were long enough to do this but its still too short. I hope you enjoy the end result!

she uses a curling iron for that, guarantee it. the only other thing i can tell you is there are curling shampoos out there but i have never tried one so i don't know if they work. i think im going to try one though because i've got straight hair too and im a little tired of it. i could curl your hair like hers with an iron in no time.
gel or mousse and scrunching will NOT do that for your hair. trust me on that one.
girl below me is right also!!

I think the only way to get your hair like that is to use a curling iron.

Do a mild perm. Make sure to have it done at a very good salon, and ask for just a small wave to begin. Or else you may look like you touched a hot wire!

If you want it like that, then put some spray gel (but not a lot) in your hair and divide your hair into four sections and twist you hair and pin it up. Good luck! It may not be exactly the same but it should be close

I would ask a hair salon, theres a chance you could "trick them" to telling you how. Go to a hair salon, have a pic of the hair you want, and ask how it is achieved, they will probably describe what they will need to do to you , the procedure would cost money, but they would probably explain how to do it for free, during them process to explaining it.
