Man, if I walked up to some drunk guy while I was on duty and he was on the sidewalk doing that and I walked up to him and asked him what he was doing, if he replied with a "if you drink dont drive do the watermelon crawl" reference I might just have to let him go all together. lol....

Yes. However, most cops won't nail you on that one unless you are acting like a fool and causing a scene. Most states have retained their "public intoxication" statutes and it's considered a misdemeanor.
