I found a cat a while ago and she already had babies, now I am trying to get her spayed and I want to know will she still want to run away when in heat or will I have male cats after her.

Spay surgery is a ovario-hysterectomy. The uterus and both ovaries are removed. All related hormones are thus also removed as well. She will not be able to go into heat ever again after being spayed. That means no yowling, not sneaking out, no attracting tom cats, and no accidental litters!

Cats should not come into heat after they have been spayed - if a spayed cat comes into heat, she either wasn't really spayed in the first place or the veterinarian inadvertantly left some of the ovarian tissue behind causing the estrous cycle to keep going (she wouldn't, however, be able to become pregnant and have kittens without her uterus).
If you see male cats after her after she has been spayed it will probably be because there is another female cat in the area who is in heat and the tom cats are wrongly assuming it's her.

My cat had two litters already and then I got her spayed. No, she will not be in heat again, but will she still attract male cats? Yes. If she is running away often for some other cat, if I'm understanding correctly, don't let her out. Try your best to keep her in and get her a cat tag so if she does slip out.... It doesn't matter if she ALWAYS comes back, and if you let her out or she runs out, leave food and water by the door or catnip or something so she will ALWAYS want to come back. Bond with her more so she will trust you more. My cat trusts me a lot so when she goes out all I have to do is call her name and make a few sounds before she comes back. Good luck with your feline!

The male cats are going to want her either way, if she is spayed or not spayed. They are going to attempt 'it' either way as well.
I suggest definatly getting your cat spayed because then she will most likely live a longer [2 yrs +], healthier life, and with much less health issues.
Also the cat will be less wild. For the first couple day's the cat will act really weird.
She may still want to run away when in the heat, but make sure you keep your living area nice and cool so she feels at home and comfortable.

Once spayed the cat will never come into heat again. Be sure both the uterus and the overies are removed so as she won;t have signs of heat even though she has no uterus.

Once she is spayed, she will never go in heat again. The male kitties might not even pay attention to her.

She will go into heat again - maybe quite soon and the male cats will be around for her. So it is best to get her off for her operation as soon as you can.

No she will not want to run away nor will you have males hanging around around as she will no longer go into heat and not send out the scent to the males, and her desire is gone,
