Sometimes the very best I can do is to simply shake my head in:
wonder, amazement, disbelief, agony, despair....

I have read things in here that have made my hair stand on end, and made me want to scream! And for a moment, anger will pass through. But it doesn't live here, with me feeding it. I do not understand some beliefs - but that is for them, for those who have them. It is not for me. And as long and they and I can agree to that - live and let live, I can let it go and let it be .

No, I just pray that all those that believe will come to know the truth. Decietful lies from Satan is what causes the conflicts between believers. I don't even consider the different "religions" because for me it's all about truth and faith and I find truth only by the Holy Spirit, meaning by prayer and communication. I've had many experiences where I've been confused about a passage in the bible but through prayer and meditation and by the Holy Spirit truth and understanding has been revealed to me. I don't go to church for that simple reason. I want to make sure that what I'm being taught is the truth and who other than the Creator and greatest teacher of all times to learn from. I hope you understand what I'm saying.

There are times when my heart is angry over some people's beliefs, but only when their belief system so flies in the face of everything we know to be true; things that are so obvious to everyone else but this person just doesn't get it and won't be helped. As a quick example, I know a woman who honestly believes that garlic and onions are bad for you and you should never eat them. Her children are the sickest kids I have EVER seen. I just want to slam my head into a wall when I talk to her because she's killing her kids and she just doesn't get it.

I know that's not what you're talking about, but that's just a general issue with so many people.

When it comes to what you're talking about, no, my heart is not filled with anger, it is filled with pity. So many people just HATE Christians and Christianity because they believe that God doesn't want them to have any fun. But from my perspective, as a Christian, I look at those folks who hate me and I shake my head because they just don't understand that Christ came to bring freedom for all of us. Not freedom FOR sin, but freedom FROM sin.

This does not mean as a Christian I don't sin; hell, I'm a master at it. I'm just a regular person. What it means, though, is that even though I make mistakes, pretty big ones, pretty small ones, that the debt that I must pay for my actions has ALREADY been paid.

Jesus does not expect any of us to be perfect. He Himself says that we are "but human." As for me, I know the things I've done and I am glad that Jesus let me know who He is so that I don't have to pay that debt. And I'm really glad that He paid it for me.

I pity others -- an act of love -- because if they only knew how easy it is to believe and follow Christ, everyone would do it.

I disagree with people; they disagree with me. We are free to disagree. I wish people didn't hate me for my beliefs but they do. They are entitled to believe what they want, and my love and concern for them does not diminish; it grows stronger.

I'm sure this isn't the answer that you wanted, but it's the only one I've got. And it's the truth.

Good question, by the way.

I choose to respectfully disagree at times, that is, I can respect that other people have different beliefs than my own, but I can respect that they are not my beliefs. I don't hate the other person, or become angry at them for not agreeing with me, but try to appreciate the differences and still hold love and compassion in my heart for another human being. :)

No anger. I try to tell them, out of love, what the Bible has to say about different things, whether it is false doctrine, abomination, etc. Mind you, I only repeat what is in the Bible, and I get called names, I get told that I am being judgemental, and so on and so forth. I try to tell them that the word of God has already judged certain things, and that it is not being judgemental to point out what the Bible says, but it makes no difference. People just do not want to believe or hear that they are wrong, even if they are being told out of love and concern, so that they can mend their ways, and find salvation.

No - that would not accomplish what Christ would have me do. I believe we can disagree kindly and have sincere discussion with people of all creeds. It's only by showing love that anyone can understand Jesus' message and accept it's reality. If my heart is full of anger, even when it is pitifully disguised as sarcastic humor, it drives people from Jesus instead of making them want more of Him.

No - he who angers you controls you (I think Gandhi said that).

God Bless.

No, I just agree to disagree with others beliefs. To bad others don't see it that way and tell me I'm going to hell because I don't share their beliefs.

Sometimes I can be judgmental too. It is wrong of me, I know. When I see ignorance and bigotry my heart does get angry sometimes.

Religious beliefs are one thing but hate is another matter entirely.

Anger for sure, well I'm working on it. When it comes to being a Christian, I just can't see how people could bash it, I mean it's a life or death thing. I really have to work on it. Because getting mad over it isn't going to solve anything.

I hate to admit but sometimes I feel angry to read some questions and answers, and some of my questions and answers make others angry, too. Your question is a good reminder to not have a bad attitude when encountering other views.
