Muhammad i'm from Trinidad a country where there are a lot of people who are said to be terrorists.About 1month ago 3 men from my men were accused of trying to blow up a gas line at JFK airport.I don't think you can stop terrorism because terrorists are usually religious fanatics who interpret the teachings of the religion wrong.To tell someone their religion is wrong is like telling them they're way of life is wrong so trying to change a terrorists thinking or life is somewhat impossible.

First of all, instead of crying peace and love when you know the Qur'an can be interpreted to force conversions, the leaders in Islam must define how they are to conduct their religion in a democratic or pluralistic state that promotes religious freedom and allows Muslims to worship according to the dictates of their conscience.
Second, you also know that many Mosques were used to recruit terrorists and funds for them. Islamists must not give license to terrorists. They must hunt them down as the murders they are, and prosecute them in your courts according to the laws they profess to uphold.
Most people in the world will be willing to compromise their religions for peace, but just how far they go remains to be seen. Obviously they will unite on tenants they hold in common and stifle their differences. It will probably take more terrorist attacks until that happens.

There is a very good book by and about Greg Mortensen called "Three Cups of Tea." He is an American mountain climber who was climbing K2 in Pakistan and who took a wrong turn and ended up in an impovershed village. He ended up promising he would build them a school. He kept his word and ended up building schools across Pakistan and Afghanistan. His belief is that the only way to fight terrorism is through education, especially of girls in these villages.

A start would be for people who say and believe theirs is a peaceful religion must confront members of their families and friends who condone it
and turn them in to the authorities.
Radical preachers who advocate it should be denied and stripped of their positions as clerics and religious leaders.
The use of funds collected for charities should be more scrutinized by members of a congregation.
People could stop segregating themselves based on their religious or philosophical beliefs.
Corrupt Governments must stop supporting corrupt governments.

I see terrorism that made by media. they made wrong news about Islam, made terrors to Muslimis around the world.
Many Islam Scholars in my country get caught by police and police said they are terrorist. but I know well, they aren't.
I see their life and I am sure they don't know anything about bombs in Bali, JW Marriot and other places.
Which terror we can stop?
Do I have the weakest faith coz I can't do anything?
