Kick him to the curb like Beckham, if he is cheating on her with you, what do you think he will do if you date him. He'll be pursuing someone else in a sly sort of way while he is seeing you.

Ignore him. If he won't be ignored, tell him that he already has a girlfriend and you didn't know he was the cheating kind. Remember what he is doing with you.....if you were the girlfriend, he would be pursuing another girl, too. Ignore him.

do you really want to be with a guy who would pursue another girl while he has a girlfriend? What if you became his girlfriend, then you'd spend all your time wondering if he's chasing someone else. Don't waste your time, energy, or emotions on this guy. Find someone who wants to be with you and only you.

Stay away from that mess. If he's acting that way with you when he already has a gf, then why would you be interested in him? If he is doing that to her, then most likely, he'd do it to you as well. Half the time it's the thrill of the chase for guys like that, they like to see if they can get away with it. Best thing to do is to stay away from him and find some other guy who isn't already in a relationship.

Unless he drops his girlfriend, don't go for the okey doke. Some guys like to set up bootie because their current relationship isn't going very well. If he's interested in YOU versus sleeping with you, then tell him that you'd be interested in seeing him once he's dropped his girlfriend. If he takes his time doing that, then you'll know all he wants is sex.
