I'm 5'4", 94 lbs. athletic/thin build

I exercise like 2 hours most days. A combo of brisk walking, yoga, and the elliptical.
I eat a very healthy diet. All fruits and vegetables. Complex carbs, like whole grain breads and rice. I love cereal, yogurt, fish, lean proteins.

Lately, however I have been hungry ALL the time. I have been hungry especially for complex carbs (brown rice, whole wheat pasta, whole grain bread). Like I'll eat 5 slices of whole grain bread in one sitting after I ate some whole wheat pasta! Or I'll have like 4 bowls of cereal after each other in one sitting, then a granola bar, then more bread! It's crazy!

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME????
I am scared of gaining 48304839 pounds and I have huge bowel movements!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. You in great shape and your active. You're eating exactly the right foods to stay that way. Most people can only WISH they had it as good as you do!

As a single guy all i will inform you is that throughout Bali they tell the girl to eat despite she craves.I study in a mag that one woman craved to eat the airborne dirt and dirt from a definite villiage and her husband went and have been given it for her.She had a healthy toddler. My pal Caroline replaced right into a vegetarian who in no way ate meat yet after she have been given pregnant she craved all styles of meat and he or she ate it. Later she gave beginning to a captivating toddler. classic healers and midwifes will probable believe me in this. My suggestion is do no longer undertaking approximately what the USDA says approximately it in case you crave it in basic terms eat it and dont undertaking!

I really don't think you have anything to worry about. I have heard that the more of something you eat the more of it you will want to eat.
