Don't Christians want the Lord to guide their footsteps? The ones who won't believe, wouldn't care less, and they would therefore just be robots for Satan and the ways of the world.

I kind of like the thought of being completely in God's service in spite of my sinful condition.

"Yahweh is the Lord": ...robots do not obey by their own accord; they obey because they have no choice. In other words, they do not have free will.

So what? I want to obey anyway. I don't want my own will, I only want to serve Him.

"Thinking": ...wonderful genius Creator God being pleased with a bunch of robots... Doesn't seem very interesting....

- He's sovereign anyway, He doesn't need to be interested in sinful Man. What's weird is why He just doesn't toss ALL the robots into Hell anyway.

Also, even if you like the thought of "being completely in God's service" you would not be capable of this in your "sinful condition."

- But I'm capable with the help of the Holy Spirit...

It's just hard to imagine wonderful genius Creator God being pleased with a bunch of robots... Doesn't seem very interesting....
Plus we know he is a God of infinite variety and creativity, so although I too would find it easier being a robot, can't believe that this is what he would have for us.
Also, even if you like the thought of "being completely in God's service" you would not be capable of this in your "sinful condition."

Long live Transformers. By the way, I cannot recognize all the robots except Optimus Prime. They are so weird.

Because, robots do not obey by their own accord; they obey because they have no choice. In other words, they do not have free will.
