Dump him. You should have picked up a nice groomsman.

He is being very childish about the whole thing. Why do you have to look for him? Because he does not know anyone there? And I guess he'll DIE if he is left alone in a crowd of strangers for more than 2 hours.

As Maid of Honor, I am sure you had lots of responsibilities at the church and reception. If he can't understand that, he has some growing up to do.

Did you leave him chained to the car outside?

Did you do anything to prevent him joining you?

Tell him to grow up and realize that a Maid of Honor, and Best Man have duties that go beyond standing at the altar. If he wanted you company, he could have sought you out easier than you could have abandoned your post at the Bride's side.

Tell him I said he's acting like a dope.

It is definitely not your fault. You made a commitment to the bride to be there for her on her special day and that's what you were doing. Your boyfriend needs to get over himself and realize that you did nothing wrong. I hope you were able to have a good time at the reception. =)

Sounds like your boyfriend has some issues to deal with. Your first priority is to the bride. Tell him to grow up.
