She may be required to take a U.S. Citizenship test or get a medical exam. I'll provide you with a few links.. I hope they help.. Congratulations and welcome to the United States!

You are mistaken. If your application is approved then there is nothing more to come or follow. After each interview, US CIS will issue a letter informing the status of the case. If all the documents are in, the only thing I can think of might the "security check". It comes from FBI and sometimes takes long time. You can make an inquiry after 90 days.

which form was approved? I-130? if that one is aproved you have to send the form I-485 (adjustment of status) along with an affidavid of support, medical exam and the fees for fingerprints.
She'll get an appointment to get the fingerprinted, after that you will get an interview appointment, make sure u have pictures, bank accounts jointly, tax return last 3 years, life insurance, car insurance, everything u can think of that shows that the marriage is legite.
At the end of the interview HOPEFULLY they'll stamp her passport, ans she shoul receive her card in about 2-3 weeks. If not they will give u another appointment, for another interview.
NOTE: she can work during this process if she applies for work authorization (I-765)
ANy other question email me.

Congratulations! There is a great forum for people going through your same situation. I don't know how to answer your question, because you would have to be a bit more specific, but this site is not the place to do that... Go to www.immigrate2us.net and you will be able to post your question after becoming a member. There are people there from all over the world. I would say, in my experience with my husband's immigration, just to wait for the mail that they send you, it will have instructions on what you need to do from here. I know that you probably want to know now, like I did, but usually the Dept of Homeland Security is pretty quick about getting mailings out! Hope that helps!

She will get the "Guide to Be A Woman in America". It will explain that she is not property and has a right to speak regardless what her husband says.
