Hi,
I associate the sugar that we take in tea, coffee etc and the sugar level that we talk about in our body. Are they same thing? I mean if I take this raw sugar, does this increase the sugar level in my blood proportionately.? Or for that matter, can I associate sugar with sweetness, and can say that if I take anything sweet, it will increase level of sugar in my blood and give me instantaneous energy..?
Where does glucose fit in this overall picture?

Thanks for answering these basic questions with clarity!

All sugars are carbohydrates (carbs) and come in basically two forms...simple and complex carbs. Simple carbs are typically white (white sugar, white flour, white bread, white rice, white potatoes) These are all carbs. And all of the body's energy comes from carbs.

White sugar gets absorbed fastest and enters the blood stream fastest. White flower, bread potatoes, are a little slower because your body has to first convert them from a starch into a form of sugar the body can absorb.

The best things to eat are Complex which are fruits and vegetables. The break down into a form of sugar which absorbs more slowly slowing the rate at which sugar is delivered to the blood stream.

Where glucose fits in: All other carbs must be first converted to a form of glucose in order to be converted to energy.

The sugar for your frame is what non-clinical humans name "blood sugar" and what clinical humans name "blood glucose stage." Yes, consuming chocolates and sugar in meals can develop your blood sugar stages however in healthful participants the develop reasons the discharge of insulin which lowers the extent and maintains it round a steady by means of permitting the cells of the frame to make use of the sugar. People who've kind a million diabetes are not able to properly produce insulin and have got to inject insulin. If they do not inject insulin their blood glucose or blood sugar stages will maintain growing. High blood glucose stages are poisonous to the frame and will influence in coma or dying. Glucose is candy. Type a million diabetics have candy urine, so I've heard. This is how general practitioner's use to prognosis Diabetes Melitis. A sugar is a carbohydrate. Carbohydrates are the frame's first alternative for gasoline for vigour. If you've too many carbs at a given time the frame would convert the carbs "gasoline" to fats. This is in which the low carb nutrition is available in. However, low carb diets are deceptive due to the fact your frame demands carbs to role thoroughly. It is pleasant to consume special forms of carbs at special occasions of the day and special forms of carbs for special events. Generally, sluggish digesting carbs are higher for low key events and speedy digesting are higher for top vigour events and daybreak. I'm no longer certain what sugar loose substitutes are fabricated from.
