You are not fat. If you check your BMI, (try to find it online), you are considerd at normal weight and that if you lose any more weight you are considered underweight.
BUT, what you can do with those extra fats is to exercise and be fit. Tone up, try yoga or pilates, they'll do wonder with your body.
Even celebrities like Jessica Alba and Jessical simpson do yoga. AND.. look at their body.
About food, try to eat healthy meals everyday, drink lots of water. Not only can water keep you refresh, it doesnt have calories. So no matter how much u drink, u wont get fat.
eat 5 small meals a day (1200 kcal) to maintain ur weight,

95-100lbs makes you a little underweight according to the BMI calculator. You are supposed to weigh between 100-125 lbs for your height.
You can't spot reduce, meaning you can't choose a part of your area and specifically reduce the size of it without affecting other areas, unless you go to a plastic surgeon.
Unless it's in your genes that you'll always have a full face, baby fat that makes your face chubby generally goes away when you grow older.
Just eat regularly, make sure you have all your nutrients and do some exercise.

you don't need to diet. you are just entering puberty, and your face will look roundish until your hormones settle because you still have childhood features. Your weight right now is just fine for your height. You are going to go thru an enormous amount of change, physically, emotionally and mentally over then next six or seven years. Be patient with yourself. As long as you watch what you eat and stay away from crap foods and exercise regularly, you have nothing to worry about, and the only thing you need to do is grow.

Your'e definately not fat, but maybe a slight bit overweight. You're too young for a diet, and even if you werent, you parents would know. Just stay active and work out as much as possible. Dont kill yourself for a couple of pounds.

Hi I am 12 and going to 7th grade too. I am very very short and i weigh 75 pounds. what i would suggest is not eating too much sweats and eating your basic food groups. But remember God made everyone in different shapes and sizes and everyone loves you no matter what you look like. remember that!!!

Hon u weight is perfect.U don't need to go on any diet.u are still growing.My grand daughter weighs 93 lbs.and she is not fat an neither are U.
