It means insuring that the customer has the best experience and service available so that they become a loyal customer to the store. The fact that they know that they can come in and be cheerfully helped with their problems insures that we have a returning customer.

The question says "What does it mean to you?", not "what does it mean to the answerers of Yahoo! Answers".......

Mention something about providing the best available experience to all customers, making sure all issues are resolved on the spot, and making sure they are satisfied with the company as a whole and will come again.

just be happy, and a nice tone when talk, when customers are mad, even smile more. just let them talk and you listen, then help solve problems.
