How do you make dehydrated bananas/banana chips without them turning brown?

I made some in my dehydrator, which took almost a day and a half, and they are chewy on the inside and brown on the outside. How do you make them like the store bought ones which are yellow and crunchy? thanks.

I soak them and sliced apples in pineapple juice for about an hour before putting them in the dehydrator.

The store bought ones are deepfried not dehydrated.
